eMIPR Services are purchased for one year terms. Licensor of services may cancel agreement effective on the last day of a term by serving written notice of such termination at least ninety (90) days prior to the effective date thereof. Due to the registration and confirmation process at time of purchase, NO refunds are permitted once the eMIPR application has been accessed by the licensed user.
