About eMIPR
Recognizing the tremendous amount of employee time and efforts being expended on a daily basis in the generation, delivery and tracking of MIPRs, New Millennium Technologies set about to deliver the eMIPR solution.
eMIPR is a server side Java web application that allows you to send MIPRs (Form 448-1 and Form 448-2) using B2B technologies, and manage your MIPRs electronically. eMIPR runs in the .MIL domain in a secure 128-bit encrypted environment.
It makes the process of MIPR creation, acceptance, tracking, and management efficient, fast, easy, and secure. The communication component of eMIPR works like email in providing an easy and efficient way in which to distribute MIPR deliver status and action tracking information to everyone with a need to know.
eMIPR delivers on Federal Government business modernization initiatives such as the Government Paperwork Elimination Act (GPEA) and the e-Sign legislation. eMIPR utilizes DBsign®, the same product being used throughout DOD by the Defense Travel System, to interact with user’s Common Access Cards (CACs) for legally binding digital signatures.
